These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the EchoCore website. Project work, including scope, fees, delivery dates, intellectual-property rights and support arrangements, will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or service agreement agreed with the client.

Enquiries and project discussions
Submitting an enquiry, booking a meeting or requesting a quote does not create a contract or guarantee that EchoCore will accept a project. A project begins only when both parties agree the scope, fees, deliverables, timeline and relevant terms in writing.
Client responsibilities
For project work, clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required approvals and rights to use any text, images, trademarks, data or other materials supplied to EchoCore.
The client must ensure that their content, products, services and instructions comply with applicable law and do not infringe another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
- EchoCore and its licensors retain ownership of pre-existing materials, tools, methods, templates, code libraries, design systems and know-how.
- The client retains ownership of materials they provide to EchoCore.
- Rights in final project deliverables will be set out in the applicable proposal or service agreement and normally transfer only after all agreed fees are paid in full.
- You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or use website content without written permission, except where law permits.
Third-party services
Projects may use third-party platforms, hosting providers, plugins, payment services, advertising platforms, APIs, fonts or software. Their availability, pricing, terms, security and performance are controlled by those third parties.
EchoCore is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions or losses caused by third-party services, except where a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Marketing and performance
Digital marketing, search visibility, social media engagement, advertising performance and commercial results depend on many factors outside EchoCore’s control. Unless expressly agreed in writing, EchoCore does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, conversions or any particular business outcome.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EchoCore will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, reputational loss or loss arising from reliance on website information.
